Please upgrade build74-b1 (Win7 Release (New Intel)) and build75-b1 (Win7 Debug (New Intel)) to latest public release |

Issue descriptionSee https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/24973/Intel-HD-Graphics-Driver-for-Windows-7-8-8-1-64-bit Latest drivers listed as Version: 15.33.36.64.4226 (Latest) Date: 6/5/2015. Version numbers might differ a bit in Chrome but that seems to be correct. We're trying to push towards WebGL 2 conformance on Windows, and the latest drivers have a number of key fixes. Assigning to pschmidt since you were kind enough to help us last time.

Yeah that looks newer. Intel's site is pretty terrible. Please use the one you linked.

I think those drivers supported. I see: I. Product Support Supports Intel(R) Iris(TM) graphics, Intel(R) Iris(TM) Pro graphics and Intel(R) HD graphics on: 6th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) processor family (codename Skylake) 5th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) Processor Platform (codename Broadwell) 4th Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) Processor Platform (codename Haswell) I think the HD 4600 is a 4th generation graphics processor, which means the CPU in there should be Haswell.

That package would not install. The processor is a i5-4590t so according to this 15.40 is only available in Windows 10. https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/78928/Intel-Core-i5-4590T-Processor-6M-Cache-up-to-3-00-GHz- I installed the 15.36 package (which is really installing 10.18.14.4414, go figure) [build74-b1] run: echo -n |powershell.exe -Command 'Get-WmiObject Win32_PnPSignedDriver| select devicename, driverversion | where {$_.devicename -like "*4600*"}' [build74-b1] out: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 10.18.14.4414 [build75-b1] run: echo -n |powershell.exe -Command 'Get-WmiObject Win32_PnPSignedDriver| select devicename, driverversion | where {$_.devicename -like "*4600*"}' [build75-b1] out: Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600 10.18.14.4414

Thanks! Ken, we should find out if it's possible to receive driver upgrades on Windows 7 past the 15.36 package, or if Intel is dropping support.

Jamie, could you reach out to Intel with that question? Peter, is it technically feasible to upgrade this machine to Windows 10?
,

Yes, it's feasible.
