Nested tables aren't displayed on that page even though they're in the DOM

Reported by jwicks...@gmail.com, Sep 7 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.89 Safari/537.36

Example URL:
www.answerdash.com

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to www.answerdash.com
2. Click the blue Q&A tab on the right
3. Click the "See all questions" link
4. Note that a modal appears in the middle of the page
5. The modal should have columns of text, but is empty
6. Inspect the modal's HTML and see that the text is there (in a table), but doesn't appear on the screen.

What is the expected behavior?
The modal should have columns of text

What went wrong?
Even though the nested table with the columns of text is in the inspected DOM, it doesn't appear on the screen.

Does it occur on multiple sites: N/A
