OS: Win 10

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch Chrome Canary with md secondary ui enabled
(2) Navigate to apple.com
(3) Click the lock

The attached screenshot shows how the dropdown buttons have blurry text. Specifically, it appears that the text is being drawn multiple times.

This may be a bug on Linux as well (I don't have a Linux machine).
