Just to update the bug I have lately observed that this issue is not working on Windows-10 (Non-corp).

Compared with few other versions and providing observation below.

1. Able to play audio on chrome market stable M53-53.0.2785.89 but while trying the same on M53-53.0.2784.0 flash player is getting crashed.

2. Able to play audio on chrome latest canary M55-55.0.2853.0 but not on the same equivalent version of Dev.

Note: No issues observed on playing videos other than this site. So lowering the priority.

It's very tricky to bisect this issue, Hence removing the bisect label and requesting some one from Flash team to look in to it.

Forgot to mention Chrome latest Beta behavior in comment #2 so providing below

3. Unable to play audio on chrome latest M54-54.0.2840.16 both 32 & 64 bit version on Windows-7 and Windows-10.
Summary: Unable to hear audio on You.dj (was: Unable to hear audio on You.dj only on chrome latest canary)

This issue is also observed on win10 (Corp machine) chrome stable version 53.0.2785.101 - Unable to hear any audio on clicking play button

It's possible that the site is using small/ invisible Flash content and getting blocked by PPS Tiny (enabled as a 50/50 experiment on Canary, Dev, Beta).

To test, on an off corp machine (i.e. one not affected by Enterprise policy), can you start Chrome by passing --enable-features=blocksmallplugincontent and visiting that site?

In comment #2 there was also a reference to a crash, was their an associated crash id?
Tested the same as per comment #7 on win10 (Non Corp machine) chrome version 53.0.2785.101 and canary 55.0.2858.0 by passing --enable-features=blocksmallplugincontent and navigating to you.dj - Audio played fine

Tested the same on M53-53.0.2784.0 as per comment #2 - observed that the shockwave plugin crashes both with and without passing i.e. one not affected by Enterprise policy), can you start Chrome by passing and below are the crash IDs

Crash ID 672e8c20-6397-4e24-8fff-7dafdd9ae12e without passing --enable-features=blocksmallplugincontent

Crash ID 273c238c-21d3-4059-83fe-07c9cf322818 (Server ID: b09afe9500000000) with passing --enable-features=blocksmallplugincontent
There is an issue for the plugin crash 631254 which got fixed and merged to M53. So this is working fin eon current stable 53.0.2785.101
So based on comment #9 this is fixed on 53 and 55, what about 54?
Tested the issue on win10 (non corp machine) using chrome version 54.0.2840.16 without passing the flag	- Audio played fine

But the issue seems to persist on win10,7 (corp machines) using chrome version 54.0.2840.16 and 54.0.2840.25 both with and without flag --enable-features=blocksmallplugincontent - Audio not heard and and an info displayed at the top with "click here to reload the page link".

Observed that clicking the link "click here to reload the page link" on top of the page number of times also audio is not heard.

I believe that it's related to this issue (see comment #24 expressly):

https://bugs.chromium.org/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=641028#c24
Mergedinto: 641028
Status: Duplicate (was: Untriaged)
Marking as dupe of 641028, under the belief that this only repros on corp machines (machines subject to group policy).
