Looks like the current crop of purple is caused by failures running gclient sync, that are fixed by git remote prune origin in third_party/mockito/src.

Actually, ignore that. It looks to be true for some but not all of the failures.

When I got to it there were only 4 offline devices.  Had to power cycle them before they became adb aware.
