Regression : Unable to click on History Links

Version: 55.0.2853.0
OS: Ubuntu 14.04

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1)Launch chrome -> Make sure you have more history ->Go to chrome://history page
(2)Now try to click on any History Link and observe
(3)

Expected: Should be able to click on History Links
Actual: Instead Unable to click on History Links
 
This is Regression Issue broken in M-55
will provide bisect info soon

Able to reproduce the issue on windows 7 and Mac 10.11.6 using chrome version 55.0.2853.0.
