Regression: Focus highlight issue observed on unixtoolbox.pdf page.

Issue descriptionChrome Version: 55.0.2853.0 Revision 1f38554c02bb4e0c9de35a53ce617931d0c3da08-refs/heads/master@{#416812} OS: Retina(10.11.5) What steps will reproduce the problem? (1) Launch chrome, navigate to http://cb.vu/unixtoolbox.pdf (2) Click on 'Bookmarks' icon, press Tab key and observe focus highlight on arrow icon under list. Actual: Focus highlight is not seen on arrow icon after pressing Tab key even if focus is there. Expected: Focus highlight should seen on arrow icon after pressing Tab key. This is a regression issue, broken in 'M-54', below is bisect info: Good Build: 54.0.2806.0 Bad Build: 54.0.2808.0 Narrow Bisect: https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+log/0daad56565682b4aaf87ba2d290cb370b9344bba..8ea249f8b70f154f9995ed538fc853fe9cf46503?pretty=fuller&n=100 Suspecting: r407545 Note: Issue is not seen on Mac(10.11.5,10.10.4), Windows and Linux OS. @nednguyen: Please help me to reassign this issue if your change is not cause for it.

Can you please attach images of the actual and expected instead of mov files?

This bug is tagged as regression.Which means that the bisects are incorrect or do not have an owner who is actively investigating. Requesting the reporter to triage and update the behavior in all the latest chrome channels and bisect if needed.Close as WontFix if not reproducible.
