MacViews browser build failing compilation (linker error)

Version: Since https://crrev.com/eb15fb3a98a5ffdbad048fc7c2afc6763d025499.
OS: macOS 10.11.6

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Run gn args out/{release folder name} and in the editor, add mac_views_browser=true.
(2) Compile Chromium.

What is the expected output?
Compile finishes successfully on clean checkouts.

What do you see instead?
Linker errors with undefined symbols.

Bisect narrowed it down to https://crrev.com/eb15fb3a98a5ffdbad048fc7c2afc6763d025499.
