What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Open several tabs, pin the first one, and click on another tab
(2) Select files, drag them on Chrome's shortcut
(3) If you drag the files on not-pinned tab, an arrow appear and the corresponding tab opens shortly after
(4) Try to drag the files on the pinned tab, the arrow appear as well (with an offset) but the tab will not open, hence the drag'n drop on the pinned tab can not be done.

What is the expected result?
- The tab should open, to be able to drop the file inside a droppable area, in this very tab

What happens instead?
- Pinned tab does not open
