OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac(10.11.4,10.10.5),Linux (14.04 LTS)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1) Launch chrome, Sign in to chrome and go to chrome://settings.
2) From People section, Add/Import a Supervised user.
3) In Main user, click on avatar icon and select Exit and childlock option.
4) In Switch person window,click on Main user icon and enter password such that 'Submit' button is seen (i.e "arrow" icon)
5) Long Click/Press on 'Submit' button and observe the rippling effect of button.

Actual:Rippling effect (Grey highlight) of submit button of user pod is seen over both profile.
Expected: Rippling effect of submit button should not overlap over the profile icon.
 
This is a Regression issue broken in M-55, below is the bisect info
Manual bisect:

Bad build: 55.0.2846.0

Note: Unable to reproduce the issue in Chromium builds as not able to Sign in to chrome. Hence providing suspect from Changelog URL.
