Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_5) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Register a service worker 2. Listen to all fetch events in the worker 3. Create a link tag with a download attribute: <a href="/some-resource" download>Download Me!</a> 4. Click the link What is the expected behavior? Service workers onfetch event should trigger allowing us to intercept it. What went wrong? onfetch event is not triggered Did this work before? No Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: stable OS Version: OS X 10.11.5 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0
