catapult seems to break win builder occasinally |

Issue descriptionFirst evidence of breaking win build: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.chrome/builders/Google%20Chrome%20Win/builds/10530 After that, the compile error happened a few times: https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.chrome/builders/Google%20Chrome%20Win/builds/10602 https://build.chromium.org/p/chromium.chrome/builders/Google%20Chrome%20Win/builds/10609 I've stopped the catapult roller, as per instructions on https://codereview.chromium.org/2310733002/ Will revert catapult back to the 4f812c9035e6cf9bad6774bb6ff71c1822167e0a (right before the first offensive roll)

See 644525 which I just marked as WontFix. not sure that either catapult or that CL. In one instances *all* protoc processes were failing. Resume the roller and let's reopen this if the issue shows up again. Everything has been green in the last week. |
