URL not working when the user type for any information in the google search field from chrome

When the user login to google from  chrome and search for information, the user gets an error message

Unable to reproduce the issue on windows 7, Linux Ubuntu 14.04 and Mac 10.11.6 using chrome version 53.0.2785.89 and canary 55.0.2853.0.Able to search the information without any errors.
Please find the attached screen cast for the same.

Request you please provide us the OS and chrome version details to reproduce the issue from our end.

I'm closing this because the initial reporter isn't responding and we cannot reproduce the issue. Feel free to re-open if it happens again.
