Incorrect duplicate: md-settings Overlap popup to remove search engines with text

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/54.0.2840.8 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Go to chrome://settings/searchEngines
2. Try to remove 'Yahoo!'
3. Notice strange behavior

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 54.0.2840.8  Channel: dev
OS Version: 
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

This bug is the same as  crbug.com/642257 , which was incorrectly merged. As no option exist to unduplicate, I've logged it again.

Able to reproduce the issue on Ubuntu 14.04,Win 10 and Mac 10.11.6 using 54.0.2840.8, and 55.0.2853.0.
Its working fine on stable 53.0.2785.92/85.

Issues can be un-duplicated by changing the Status.

This should actually be a duplicate of  issue 639718 .

@stevenjb: There is no way of changing the status in the current UI
You probably need to be a committer. I updated  issue 642257 .
