Steps To Reproduce:
(1) Open Gdoc from the launcher
(2) Select "chrome" just once under Open with dialog 
(3)

Expected Result: Should be able to open the gdoc in chrome browser

Actual Result: Fails to Open in the Chrome browser

How frequently does this problem reproduce? (Always, sometimes, hard to
reproduce?)

Always reproduced with just once option


But it works if Gdrive just once option is selected 

What is the impact to the user, and is there a workaround? If so, what is
it?
