Same here with Windows 10 and IntelĀ® HD Graphics 4400. I tried to reproduce it on Windows 7 with and AMD R9 270x but it seems to work as intended with that setup.

Also it only seems to happen when you are not using Chrome in maximized view.

I also got this bug with chrome version 53. But it only appears in fullscreenmode on my 2nd monitor.(but that's the one I work with..) The bug also appears in window mode, when the window spans to both screens. Then the menu location is wrong at both screens, when I right click somewhere in chrome.

I can confirm this, I'm using Chrome in a two monitor setup also and it's running on the 2nd screen.

Adding more details. Confirming that the context menu appears in the wrong location if the window is not maximized. I use 3 screens (2 monitors and laptop screen) and when maximized, the context menu appears in the right location for 2 of the 3 screens. My temporary fix for now is just to use Chrome on the monitor where the context menu appears correctly.

Adding one more thing. The search-preview-bar is also at a bad location.

With new Chrome version 54 it is (partly) fixed. There are only offset problems after moving the browser window to the other screen. Maximize to fullscreen clears the offset problem on the new screen, so it is also at the right position in window mode.
