Issue descriptionChrome Version : 54.0.2840.14 (Official Build) f5d17e2adeecce3fcd377685e00a32cad1a16c17-refs/branch-heads/2840@{#158} (64-bit) OS: Mac(10.10.5, 10.11.5), Windows(7,8,10), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS) Test URL : https://accounts.google.com What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and navigate to above url. 2. Open chrome://history page and drag the first history record into the ’search box’. 3. Observe the card-title bar. Actual : URL text goes out of card-title bar. Expected : URL text should not go out of card-title bar. This is a non-regression issue seen from M-51 (build 51.0.2671.0)
