What steps will reproduce the problem?
 I opened two tabs in a window 2 days back,one tab was a youtube video and another was blank,the youtube video tab was PINNED,then I closed the window,from then onwards whenever I happen to open chrome ,those two tabs open  with the youtube video where I left 2 days back in that same PINNED position.

Please look into this and also if I am eligible for any bounty program for this bug submission
