This appears to be a bug in the server, where it does not like the request being sent by the client.

Can you answer the question: Did this work before?

Can you provide a network log? https://sites.google.com/a/chromium.org/dev/for-testers/providing-network-details

I'm guessing this is event 56183. I don't see anything obviously wrong with it. Event 56147 is a very similar request and is just fine. We're certainly not sending an invalid verb.

The service does not appear to be externally accessible. I agree with comment #1 that this is probably a bug with the server, or at the least the server is in a better position to debug it. There will likely be logs, etc., to look at.

Do you maintain this server? It looks like this "eHelpline" is some commercial product? Have you filed a ticket with them?
I will check with the ehelpline team thankyou.
