The codesearch index is incorrect for parts of src/cc. For example, src/cc/layers/layer.cc's "SetScrollOffset" function is not clickable and clicking on the corresponding declaration in src/cc/layers/layer.h looks like there is no implementation.

Another example is layer.cc's "TakeDebugInfo" function. Chrishtr and I hit similar issues outside of layer.h as well.
