Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. install our custom Chinese font file into win8.1 system
2. the custom font cannot be displayed in Chrome (IE, ms word, notepad no problem)

example: the character with code:F84D cannot be displayed

What is the expected behavior?
the custom Chinese font can be displayed in webpage.

What went wrong?
the custom Chinese font cannot be displayed in webpage, it show a square box instead.
