"Open link in Resources panel" should change to "Application panel"

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.89 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Open developer tools 2. Inspect an element with a source (ex. an img) 3. Right-click the element source What is the expected behavior? An option in the context-menu should read "Open link in Application panel". What went wrong? The context-menu option reads "Open link in Resources panel". Did this work before?
