Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Updated from 52.0.2743.116 to version 53.0.2785.89

What is the expected behavior?
Fonts in address bar, (bookmark star) and extension icons should have stayed the same size after the update.

What went wrong?
Updating to Google Chrome (Stable) 53.0.2785.89 the fonts in address bar, (bookmark star) and any extension icons are very small. This was not an issue in 52.0.2743.116. Can you please fix this issue thank you.
