Issue descriptionblink::HTTPParsers::parseCacheControlDirectives() treats every character in separators ABNF production as valid separators for Cache-Control directives. This is because all the characters are listed in isCacheHeaderSeparator() which is used for splitting Cache-Control directives. This is just wrong.
