Selection#deleteFromDocument() should not remove nodes in shadow DOM tree of TEXTAREA

TextArea#setSelectionRange() makes FrameSelection to hold positions in
shadow DOM tree, Selection#deleteFromDocument() should not remove them.

I found this bug reviewing:
