Do you have "GPU rasterization" enabled? Does it render correctly if you disable it?
GPU rasterization ="default". When I explicitly disable it, the bug still shows.

Ok, thanks. Could someone with Windows try to reproduce this? It did not reproduce for me on Linux (which ought to be reasonably similar code-wise with GPU-raster disabled.)
This is a windows-only problem. Working fine on Mac/Chrome.

I can't reproduce this on 53.0.2785.89 / Windows 10. To try to repro, I
loaded https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/SVG/Tutorial/Gradients
and scrolled down to the chart titled "live sample" and compared Repeat
with Reflect.
Reset my Chrome flags to default and updated to latest Chrome 53. Still have the bug:

I still cannot reproduce this bug on Windows, even with GPU raster.

Maybe it's https://codereview.chromium.org/2277833004 ?
I can reproduce this bug on Chrome latest (53.0.2785.116) on a desktop running Windows 10 with an Nvidia GPU and a laptop running Windows 8.1 with Intel integrated graphics. So it's not a single machine problem.
I'm also able to reproduce this in the following Chrome versions:

53.0.2785.116 m
53.0.2785.143 m

I'm running on Win 7. With a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960. Driver version 10.18.13.6839 (2/06/2016).

Confirmed broken for me in Canary 55.0.2874.0 on Win 7.
Still broken on current Chrome, just FYI

Seems to work now, at least on Mac with M-70 stable.
This was EXPLICITLY a Windows bug. Why would you close it by testing it on a Mac?

Ok - got home and tested it on Windows. This is now working on Windows 10.

Chrome Version
Version 70.0.3538.102 (Official Build) (64-bit)

Thank you for making SVG just a tiny bit better for everyone.

Ok, let's try closing again then =). (If this still repros - on Win 7 or so - for someone please shout.)
