Auto sign-in passwords still available after signing out of Chrome

Issue descriptionDevice name: Any Application version:52.0.2743.98 OS:6.0.1 URLs (if applicable): Behavior in Android Browser (if applicable): Steps to reproduce: (1) Sign into Chrome with an account that has saved passwords (2) Let account information sync (3) Sign out of account in Chrome (4) Visit site with saved password information Expected result: Since account is signed out, passwords box should not be auto filled in. Actual result: Password information is automatically filled in.

1) This issue is reproducible on following above mentioned steps on M53-53.0.2785.124 and latest M54-54.0.2840.44 on all devices 2) Please find video and logs taken on Moto G4/6.0.1 @ Please find logs and Video @ http://go/chrome-androidlogs1/6/644014 Note: Though user signed out of chrome, website list appeared in "Saved password -> passwords" after sync are still present thus password information is automatically filled in such saved websites.

This looks like WAI. Signing out of Chrome does not delete the synced data from Chrome.

When you sign out of Chrome, there's an option to also delete your corresponding profile data. You can see the attached screenshot for what I'm talking about (it's the checkbox). It's unchecked by default.
