Issue description
Chrome Version : <Copy from: 'about:version'>
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
Safari:
Firefox:
IE:
What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) move an open chrome window from one display to another display of different size, but same native resolution
(2) when chrome window crosses becomes more than about 50% on the other display, it will re-scale itself
(3) window and all text, images, etc, will appear blurred on the smaller display when the window has re-scaled for that display.
What is the expected result?
Chrome should either be the same size on both displays (via scaling) without blurry text, or it should not re-scale itself on either display. Either way, it should not have blurred text. An option to choose which case happens would be preferable.
What happens instead?
Chrome window re-scales to enlarge on the smaller display and the text becomes blurry.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Attached screenshots show the exact same window (without being manually resized), when the majority of the window lies on one display or the other. The first image is when the window is mostly on the larger display (lower dpi for same resolution), and the second image shows the same window moved to the smaller display (higher dpi for same resolution).
