High GPU usage (100%) on nvidia GTX1080 while scrolling the page

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux x86_64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.92 Safari/537.36 Example URL: Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Install any linux distribution (i have Ubuntu 16.04 and Archlinux) 2. Install latest nvidia proprietary driver (i have nvdia-370) 3. Open chromium window with any playing video (youtube) 4. Open second chromium window with any page (for example chrome://gpu) 5. Open chromium task manager 6. Start scrolling the page in second window (chrome://gpu). Pay attantion on GPU process. What is the expected behavior? Expected: scrolling is smooth, low GPU usage. What went wrong? GPU process taking 100%. Not smooth/jerky scrolling animation. Does it occur on multiple sites: Yes Is it a problem with a plugin? No Did this work before? N/A Does this work in other browsers?
