[Feature Request] Add internal links in pdf viewer to history for navigation

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Navigate to a pdf with internal links like http://arxiv.org/pdf/1608.06374v1.pdf
2. Click on an internal link in the introduction

What is the expected behavior?
After clicking an internal link in the pdf viewer, i expect to be able to use the back (or corresponding  mouse-) button to go back to the position in the pdf where i clicked the internal link

What went wrong?
The pdf is closed when going back in history using back button or mouse back button
