Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Update to chrome 52 and later
2. see result

What is the expected behavior?
directwrite may work perfect and provide nice fonts as with gdi 

What went wrong?
directwrite produces terible,fuzzy,aliased fonts insted nice fonts but in firefox and internet explorer it works great
