last 3 letters "deleted" when arrowing through suggestions on GOogle.com

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 54.0.2840.6
Reproduction Steps: 
1. Google.com
2. Type "test"
3. Down Arrow through suggestions and note how "sla" on Testla and "ing" on testing are uttered as "deleted"

Interesting. It seems like it's a bit inconsistent here. I hear "test" then I arrow down to hear "ing" and visually it's written testing. Then arrow down and hear "testearossa" in full. Then arrow and hear "testosterone" in full. Then arrow down and hear "osterone deleted" since visually it reads test again. 

Do you think the better behavior here is for ChromeVox to simply read whatever is in the omnibox and just that? So as I arrow from testosterone back to test, instead of speaking "osterone deleted" it should just speak "test". Thoughts?

There's not enough semantics in the Google search box to do what you want. For example, if you auto complete kevi to kevin, we don't actually know if you typed the 'n' or if the page auto completed it via the down arrow. Follow up with the page author in this case.
