Braille to be supported when ChromeBOok lid is closed

Project Member Reported by chaok@google.com, Sep 3 2016

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 54.0.2840.6
Reproduction Steps:
1. This would increase the portability factor of Braille + ChromeBOok (e.g. meeting, one-person desk, etc. where having 2 units adjacent to one another is space-prohibitive)
2. Currently, when closing ChromeBook lid, CrOs goes to sleep, and is set on lock screen
3. It'd be extremely useful if it was possible to have Braille display connected to ChromeBOok via USB/Bluetooth and placed on top of closed-lid ChromeBOok and be able to navigate, Braille-input, and have content rendered in Braille while Samus is closed

Take a look at the Asus Minnie which has a 360 hinge (i.e. you could fold the screen on itself in the open position).

I've not tried this with CrOs, but I know that Mac/Windows users will dock their laptops, so will close lid and interface with external keyboard, mice, and monitor.
I wonder if this applies to CrhomeBooks?
