Discard button submits application

  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:
    Firefox:
         IE:

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) On edit application page, click discard.
(2)
(3)

What is the expected result?
To discard application

What happens instead?
submits it


Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.
Wanted to discard my application, instead submitted a terrible one 3 times(1 to screen shot it) Please remove application if possible.

This bug tracker is for issues reported against Chromium and Chrome browsers. Unfortunately this is an issue you encountered with the site but I've filed on our internal system on the issue you experienced.
