[Android] The collected logcat file is never deleted following a crash dump

Project Member Reported by isherman@chromium.org, Sep 3 2016

Issue description

When Chrome (or a Chrome process) crashes, we write two files: a crash minidump and a (trimmed) logcat file. The logcat file is then merged into the minidump file. But, the logcat file is currently never cleaned up. It should be deleted after being merged in.
