Texts dragged out of WebView/Chrome lose style

Project Member Reported by hush@chromium.org, Sep 2 2016

Issue description

They are just converted into plain texts.
But if you copy and paste the same text, the styles remain. See screenshot for a comparison between DnD texts (first line) and copy/paste texts (second line)

Note:
I have tried dragging texts from Chrome on Linux into Libre office and the styles remain.

Components: Mobile>WebView
not very high priority, I think

For anyone who wants to work on this:
Read WebContentsViewAndroid::StartDragging and see that we only pass drop_data.text into Java layer. So the formatting information might be somewhere else inside DropData, for example, DropData::url or DropData::html
Who is taking over drag-n-drop after hush@?

Shimi is looking into crbug/707857, so perhaps he'd be interested in this one. The other bug is more important though, so it's ok if we leave this longer.
