(1)login to guest user
(2)Close browser window 
(3)Press Shift+alt+I and write some feedback and submit.



Expected Result:
Should Open browser page with "Thanks for your Chromebook feedback!" page

Actual Result:
No feedback confirmation page.
Not reproduced on M53(8530.77.0/53.0.2785.87)
