Date/Meeting title repeats 2x in Calendar

Project Member Reported by chaok@google.com, Sep 2 2016

Issue description

Mode: force_next
Version: 54.0.2840.6
Reproduction Steps:
1. c/
2. DOWN ARROW through agenda items
3. Note: date segments and meeting titles utter 2x

The relevant markup is like:

"<span tabindex="0" role="button" aria-expanded="false" class="lk ...title="Halloween, All day, Calendar: Holidays in United States">Halloween</span>"

The title attribute gets mapped to |description| in the accessibility tree and the content becomes the |name|.

We read *both* pieces of information. The description (title) is useful because it contains the entire meeting details whereas the content (name) only contains the meeting title.

I'm not a huge fan of how this reads either but it does mean we don't lose any information either.

Perhaps a small pause between name and description would work well in this case.

Name is dup in description, so could it be suppressed? THis would not drop info in description, but only name, which is redundant.

The problem is the name is only partially duplicated in description. This is a imo a calendar bug.

Note that we've also received bugs in the past that the calendar time/date isn't read out as you down arrow. The time/date is contained in the description.
