Opening webRTC codelabs on google shows abnormal left pane scroll behavior

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/55.0.2847.0 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Launch Chrome Canary (latest)
2. Go to - https://codelabs.developers.google.com/codelabs/webrtc-web/index.html?index=..%2F..%2Findex#4
3. scroll left pane with steps and see the behavior 

What is the expected behavior?
UI should stay normal work correctly

What went wrong?
UI is messed up. Renders incorrectly on scrolling the left pane scrollbar. 

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 55.0.2847.0  Channel: canary
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

On Windows 64bit Version 1607 (OS Build 14393.105)
