Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.89 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Have Windows DPI scaled to 125% (or greater maybe) 2. Have hardware acceleration activated 3. Hover a few clickable elements on websites What is the expected behavior? The window shouldn't move this way (it should remain not moving). What went wrong? The interface wriggles of a pixel vertically. Also you can see that when in "standard" position, the window is 1px too low. Did this work before? Yes On a previous version of Chrome and before clean install of Windows 10 (if meant working fine) Chrome version: 53.0.2785.89 Channel: stable OS Version: 10.0 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0 I already checked drivers, all are up to date. Using Intel HD 520 graphics. Also checked lots of options in Windows and Chrome. Tried reinstalling. When no DPI scaling or disabling hardware acceleration, works fine (but thereby Chrome becomes less smooth).
