can't click resume/step over while debugging in device mode

Chrome Version       : 55.0.2847.0 (Official Build) canary (64-bit)


What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) open developer tools
(2) toggle device mode
(3) create breakpoint
(4) reach the breakpoint


What happens instead?
can't click resume/step over buttons
