Dropdown not working

Chrome Version       : 54.0.2840.8 (Uradna različica) dev-m (32-bitno)
URLs (if applicable) :
Other browsers tested:
  Add OK or FAIL, along with the version, after other browsers where you
have tested this issue:
     Safari:OK
    Firefox:OK
         IE:OK

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Enable dev mode and select touch device
(2)Try to open dropdown - HTML SELECT tag
(3)Dropdown won't open

What is the expected result?

Dropdown should display options.

What happens instead?

Nothing.
