Regression: Left pane content missing on pinch to zoom in/out on https://news.google.co.in/

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1) Launch chrome and go to https://news.google.co.in/
(2) Now pinch zoom in and zoom out and observe the content on the left side.


What is the expected output?
> Page should rendered fine.

What do you see instead?
> Content is missing and only after scrolling the content shows up.

> This is a regression issue working fine on 40.0.2172 and issue is seen on the latest canary(55.0.2847.0) and the latest stable(53.0.2785.89)

shrike, do we have anyone working on input for Mac? Or should we send this to Android touch people?

Does this reproduce on CrOS (on a pixel, using touchscreen for zoom).

No one is working on this stuff right now.

I tried this on Windows - it appears that the pinch gesture is tied to the Zoom function. As you pinch, the scale factor jumps in 25% increments and the zoom decoration shows a window with the current zoom factor.

Will be interesting to see what CrOS does.
