Regression : Tab Crash is seen in Gmail Page on Changing Language from Dropdown

What steps will reproduce the problem?
(1)Launch chrome -> Go to above URL -> Now scroll down to bottom of the Page
(2)Now change Language -> Immediately click again Language drop down and observe (Please refer Video)


Expected:  Crash should not be seen in Gmail Page on Changing Language from Dropdown
Actual : Instead  Tab Crash is seen

Repro Steps:
Change Language to 'Portuguese' -> Now Immediately Click on Drop down continuously and Observe Tab Crash

Issue is seen on Windows OS also
And Attaching Expected Video

This is Regression Issue Broken in M-54

We caught a life-cycle violation with the check. This has the same root cause as bug 634616.
