OS: Windows(7,8,10), Mac (10.10.5)(10.11.4), Linux(Ubuntu 14.04 LTS). What steps will reproduce the problem? 1. Launch chrome and go to www.twitter.com 2. Scroll down the page and play any video in full-screen mode. 2. Now exit the full-screen (Using 'Esc' key or full-screen switcher) and observe the scroll bar. Video when exited from full-screen mode, Unnecessary twitter page scrolled up. Twitter page should not scrolled up after exiting the video from full-screen mode. This is a non regression issue, seen from M-30 series. Note: This issue is not reproducible on Mozilla Firefox browser. Kindly review the attached screen-cast for reference.

twitter.com doesn't look at all like in the recordings for me, there's no "What's Happening" at the top and no Featured/News/Entertainment/etc. menu. What do I need to do to get that version of Twitter? I can find a embedder video in my version of Twitter, but exiting fullscreen there does restore the correct scroll position. Removing M-55 label since this isn't claimed to be a regression.
