Edit password does not work

bugs: repro steps (I did X and expected Y but Z happened!)
In the chrome://settings page, click manage password
click a particular entry, and choose edit password,
change the old password and save

The password does not change

Status: WontFix (was: Unconfirmed)
Edit password functionality is not yet implemented. See Issue 377410 for more details.

The UX should be more clear in latest canary. There is no more "save" button and all fields are also read-only.
