Message center notifications. Can not scroll to see all.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 8530.62.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/53.0.2785.70 Safari/537.36
Platform: 8530.62.0 (Official Build) beta-channel veyron_minnie

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Install some apps and take some screenshots
2. Open message Center
3. See 6 notifications or less depending on size of notification but not all
4. Try to scroll down - can not

What is the expected behavior?
To scroll down all notification

What went wrong?
Can not - have to dismiss notifications

Did this work before? N/A 

Chrome version: 53.0.2785.70  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 8530.62.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

yoshiki made lots of changes these days and I think he has some insights on this area.

Question to the original reporter -- what does the exact operation for "Try to scroll down"?  Arrow keys? Mouse wheel? Two-finger scrolls? Or anything else?

Status: WontFix (was: Assigned)
The recent change should have been fixed this.


And I also confirmed the fix on the latest canary.
