yoshiki made lots of changes these days and I think he has some insights on this area. Question to the original reporter -- what does the exact operation for "Try to scroll down"? Arrow keys? Mouse wheel? Two-finger scrolls? Or anything else?

Yoshiki's changes have fixed two finger scroll and arrow key navigation on Mozilla/5.0 (X11; CrOS armv7l 8530.87.0) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) 8530.87.0 (Official Build) beta-channel veyron_minnie .
