Public Session Exit button in the way for young children

Reported by bish...@besd53.org, Sep 1 2016

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. enter a public session
2. notice the red exit button on the bottom right
3. also notice the ability to sign off normally is available

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
We have young children on touch screen devices and the red exit button is constantly being touched logging them out. Since a public session doesn't keep the settings they have to be signed by in and entered into the website they were before. This is very time consuming for the teacher. I would like an option in the management console to turn the exit button off and let the children sign out like normal.

Did this work before? N/A

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

I spoke with someone at Google about this problem and they asked me to come here to suggest it. I hope I've got the right location.
