Scripts may close only the windows that were opened by it.

Issue description

UserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; Win64; x64) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36

Steps to reproduce the problem:
javascript:window.close();

What is the expected behavior?

What went wrong?
there is any way to close the window into chrome, that will be call from a javascript code?

Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116  Channel: n/a
OS Version: 10.0
Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

It's not clear whether you're reporting a bug, or whether you're asking if JavaScript can close browser windows that were not opened by the same script?

I used this code
window.open('','_parent','');
window.close();

for close a window that is opened on chrome, but when I publish the app
this method not working. There is a way to close a window on chrome.
