navigator.connection.type must be cellular in network emulation mode.

Issue descriptionUserAgent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_11_6) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/52.0.2743.116 Safari/537.36 Steps to reproduce the problem: 1. Throttle network to Regular 3G 2. Hit "navigator.connection.type" in dev console 3. What do you see? What is the expected behavior? navigator.connection.type must be "cellular" What went wrong? Everything? Did this work before? No Chrome version: 52.0.2743.116 Channel: n/a OS Version: OS X 10.11.6 Flash Version: Shockwave Flash 22.0 r0

network.connection is not enabled on desktop currently. Existing workaround is to enable experimental features: chrome://flags/#enable-experimental-web-platform-features. We are working on making this work on desktop when emulation is enabled. Stay tuned. Thank you for filing an issue!
